FOREFRONT Work Order provides a complete billing system for your service calls.
This system allows you to enter the work order as soon as it is called in and
dispatch ticket or blank work order form can be printed immediately. Once the
work is completed, the system allows you to put unlimited descriptions of the
work performed and if any additional work is required. The labor and material
used on the work order can be entered very efficiently and the invoice amounts
are totalled on the screen so you can check your work immediately. A completed
work order or invoice can be printed as soon as the entry is completed

The system allows you to have multiple billing addresses for the same work site
and it also allows you to have up to five pricing levels for material charges
and five pricing levels for your labor rates. Work orders can be associated
with a job in the FOREFRONT Job Cost system or it can be a stand alone billing.
The standalone billings have standard costs associated with the labor and
material entries which automatically create the cost of sale entries to the
Forefront General Ledger system, in contrast to the job cost work orders, which
are part of the WIP schedule in the FOREFRONT Job Cost System

Work Order is completely integrated with all the other modules in the FOREFRONT
Construction Management series, which reduces input time and insure accuracy.
